We are excited to announce the Interstate Environmental Health Summit hosted in conjunction with the Georgia Environmental Health Association's Annual Education Conference! The 2023 IEHA/AEC will be held September 20-22, 2023, in Jekyll Island, GA at the Westin Hotel.
Conference registration pricing includes Early Bird Discounts through July 31. On August 1, registration rates will go up. Your conference registration includes your annual membership dues to GEHA and a ticket to our annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday. (Note: Additional guest tickets to the luncheon can be purchased for $65.00 each; you can add tickets to your registration when you sign up!)
This year's AEC/Interstate EH Summit will include training and educational sessions starting on Wednesday and continuing through Friday. Our annual Cornhole Tournament will be held on Thursday afternoon. All proceeds from the tournament go to the Irving Bell student scholarship fund, which provides annual scholarship monies to Georgia college students. Even if you don't plan to formally sign-up for the tourney, be sure to come by and network with the crowd! Our annual Awards Luncheon will be held Thursday as well. Hear about the students who received scholarships this year, find out who our new Member of the Year is, find out who's becoming an Honorary Member, and enjoy a catered lunch on-site! Friday concludes our event with a half-day training and the welcoming of our 2023-2024 GEHA Board.
We will also host a GEHA golf outing on September 19, the day before the conference begins. Help us kick-off our Annual Education Conference. We invite everyone to attend. ALL skill levels are welcome.
