Current Trainings/Certification Opportunities:

Certified Pool Operator Training (CPO)

GEHA is partnering with the Department of Public Health's North Central Health District to help promote CPO Training. 

2023 Training Dates Remaining: July 19-20, Sept 13-14, Nov 8-9

Current scheduled training are in Macon, GA. If 10 or more people are interested in a different location, there is a possibility for adding another training site.

Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) Certification

GEHA can assist you in registering for the REHS exam. Visit our REHS page for details.

Join us at our 2023 Conference for an REHS Study Group Meetup. Network and socialize with others who are interested in taking the exam...and those who recently passed the exam. Details will be posted once the agenda and meeting location are confirmed. 

GEHA is also working to form a Monthly REHS Online Study Group to connect those interested in taking the exam so they can share resources and give support to each other. We want to help ensure everyone has successful exam scores!

GEHA is partnering with the Georgia State Environmental Health Office to offer FREE Onsite Certification Exams at our 2023 Conference (Residential, Commercial, Drip, Mound, Pumper, and Portable Sanitation - a $50 value/exam)

ServSafe Exam Proctoring 

GEHA is offering free proctoring of the ServSafe exam at our 2023 Conference. You must register for the exam through ServeSafe prior to the conference.. Email Melinda Knight to register for taking the exam at GEHA.
